This session was part of AOC's 2020 Virtual Clinic series during the COVID-19 shutdown. With players stuck at home for club season, coaches have been using virtual training to continue their players' education and engagement off the court. We're talking to club coaches around the country who are doing their best to keep their players connected, in top form, improving their skills and learning new things about the game to give you some fresh ideas to use with your team through summer, including answering questions from coaches who were watching live.
