This is a written plan (with accompanying video available) to help you organize the first four weeks of the season.
Level: Mid-level high school or club program
Time: 120 minutes per session
Number of practices: 5 sessions per week for Weeks 1 and 2; 4 sessions per week for Weeks 3 and 4 (allowing for competition)
