This 6-on-6 game, explained by La Jolla Country Day High School coach Peter Ogle, rewards players for getting a stuff block. It's scored like a normal game -- first team to 25. But when one team gets a block, they have the option of flipping the score. Obviously, you wouldn't do that if your team is ahead.
Coaches can use the golden ticket incentive to reward any type of skill. In the video, Ogle offers a variation -- a golden ticket when the setter creates a one-on-one and the hitter gets a kill without using a tip or roll.
