Purpose: Players work on ball control and consistency in this cooperative drill.
How it Works: Have each side set up with three back row attackers and one setter in middle front. Initiate a free ball into one side of the court - the players play it out normally, except they cannot jump on the attack. After each swing during the rally, players must rotate one rotation. After several rallies, initiate the free ball in a difficult spot so the players have to adjust and move quickly.
