Talent is one very obvious reason that two-time Olympic medalist April Ross is one of the best beach volleyball players in the world. Hard work is another. And while many of her countless hours of practice have been logged in traditional training sessions with a partner and a coach, she's also put in a whole lot of time doing skill training on her own.
