Ryan Theis demonstrates a cooperative team drill that focuses on communication, primary and secondary setters and ball control.
How it works:
Four players set up on each side of the court in a square formation. The right back is the primary setter and left back is the secondary setter, and only huts and reds are set throughout the drill. Every time the ball is sent over the net, each team rotates one full rotation. Digs should be sent high to the middle. Try to get to 10 controlled attacks over the net before the ball drops.
Requirements:
Eight players, a full court, and balls.
