Jim Stone describes how Hentz moves around the court during a rally: Stone describes a defender's movement as a constant "dance."
The keys to Hentz's court movement are her speed, agility, and balanced and low posture. As a defender, your feet should never stop moving. You should be light on your feet and track the ball as it moves, always read to cover a block, attack or an out-of-system play. It's also critical that the defender stay in a low, balanced position so she is able to react quickly.
