Add this setting and quad strength drill to your arsenal of drills that can be easily done at home or in any space, inside or outside!
How it works: Sit at a 90 degree angle against the wall in a wall-sit. Perform as many setting reps to yourself as you can, while maintaining the wall sit. Once the legs fail, allow yourself to rest for one minute before performing another round. Coaches, if you want to make this drill competitive: See which of your players can hold the wall sit the longest while setting!
Requirements: A wall and a ball.
