Terry Liskevych says he's lived the "American dream" in the volleyball world, partly because he's created what he calls a win-win environment with every person he deals with: players, coaches and support staff.
He does so by taking input from every facet of his program, whether the input is good or bad. However, he does this behind closed doors so that unification outside of those doors and in front of the team is still maintained. By allowing members of your staff and team to keep an open line of communication with you, mutual trust is formed that can help build a strong team.
