Nobody Up is a drill that focuses on terminating the ball against a backcourt of 3 diggers. Nine players participate: the 3 diggers and a full team of 6 on the offensive side.
The ball can be entered to the 6-player team in 3 ways: Down ball, free ball or a serve.
The goal of the 6-person team is to kill balls at the highest percentage rate possible; the diggers' goal is to make digs.
At Oregon State, we usually score Nobody Up this way: 12 kills before 4 digs.
