Mike Lingenfelter showcases a simple yet fast-moving pursuit drill that's perfect for middle school warmups.
How it works: Three players are on the court, two on the 10-foot line and one in middle back. A coach feeds three balls in rapid fashion: A short ball to the right side player, a long ball down the line to the middle back player, and a short ball to the left side player. The coach keeps repeating the series of tosses. After the 10-foot players pass a ball, they transition to middle back. The middle back passer replaces the passer who just passed a short ball. Try to get to 15-20 solid passes before allowing rest!
Requirements: Three passers, a coach, half a court and balls.
