Purpose: A seated setting drill to focus on fast hands and a set with no spin.
How it Works: One player sits on the ground and partners with a tosser. The tosser says "window" right before the tosses the ball, which indicates that her partner should ready her hands for the set. The seated player sets a fast ball back to the tosser. Perform 10 reps before switching with your partner. The set should be a quick set with little to no spin.
Requirements: At least two players (one can be a coach), and one ball.
