Purpose: To warm-up your players with continuous play and help them learn to correct their errors after they have happened.
How it works: Split your players up on both halves of the court with three people in back row defense and the rest of the players ready to rotate in from left back. A coach initiates the first ball which is played out with the main goal to keep the ball alive, players rotate once the ball has crossed the plain of the net back to the other side. Once there is an error and the ball is out of play, the coach reinitiates the ball to the player who made the error and then that ball is played out.
Requirements:6 or more players, a coach, and a full court
