Purpose: Interactive hitting and digging drill to practice proper hitting form and location.
How it Works: Two players are self-tossing and attacking from left front. Two players stand diagonally from the attackers in left front on the opposite side of the net: these two players are digging and then catching the attacks coming from the opposite side of the net. To increase the efficiency, have several players feeding balls to the hitters and shagging. Progress the drill by having the defenders simulate a block and then pull off the net to dig.
Requirements: At least four players, a full court, balls.
