To practice this skill, have players get into partnerships. One player bends down to one knee and practices keeping their platform elevated as they pass a softly thrown free ball from their partner. Perform at least 15 repetitions before tossing the free ball to the left and then the right of the player. Lastly, have players rise from the ground onto both feet as they pass the ball.
