Purpose: Practice getting power, snap and speed in the arm swing.
How it works: A player stands several feet behind the net in a simulated attacking bow-and-arrow position. A coach tosses a ball to the player's dominant hand from several feet away, mimicking a set. The player hits the ball with their normal arm swing, aiming to bounce the ball on the ground below the net. Players should focus on getting torque in their hips and snapping the ball down with their wrist.
Requirements: A net, several balls, a coach and at least 1 player
