Purpose: To give the loser of the rally an opportunity to come back and even out the game.
How it works: Have players split onto both sides of the court in 6 vs 6. Initiate the ball onto one side of the court and let both sides play the ball out. The loser of the rally receives the next ball. Play until one side has 7 points. Loser of the game can receive a consequence, i.e. down and backs, push-ups, sit-ups, etc.
Variations: Have players initiate the balls so they get used to more of a self-run drill.
Requirements: 12 or more players and a full court
