One key is preparing players for the next level, says Keeney.
"Sometimes stars on a team are prima donnas, and they're treated like prima donnas," Keeney says. "And then they go to the next level and they can't figure out why they've failed. And that's where we fail them as coaches. I think we need to make sure we keep those kids grounded."
