Purpose: Challenge players to consistently pass on-target balls with a free ball, down-ball, and serving variations.
How it Works: 6 players set up a normal rotation. All the remaining players take turns throwing free balls to the opposite side. The side that's playing the balls out must get 25 good free ball passes (and attempt to convert to an efficient kill, depending on your team's level or age). Once the target number has been achieved, the team must get 15 good passes on a down ball. Lastly, the team has to get 10 good passes off of an aggressive serve.
Variations: Adjust the number of target passes that applies to your team's skill level. Add in out-of-system balls after the free ball to make the drill more game-like.
Requirements: At least 6 players and two ball initiators; full court; coach; balls.
