One of the big focuses in Phase 2 should be to string multiple skills together, so you'll want to work on things like pass-set or set-hit combinations and progress to pass, set, hit. Also, you should begin introducing the basics of blocking and explain how it coordinates with back-court defense.
Another important aspect of Phase 2 is moving toward specialization of positions related to the strengths that each player has demonstrated in Phase 1.
