The entire clinic will be streamed live from the court with demo athletes. With multiple camera angles and mic'd coaches, you'll get a first-class view of how top coaches use their practice time.
Your Questions, Answered
Jot down questions throughout the day, then ask away. The clinicians are staying with you for an extra 45 minutes after the clinic, dedicated to answering your questions about the sessions and beyond.
Bonus Sessions from JVA Club Directors
Get exclusive on-demand access to bonus sessions that were recorded specifically for this clinic! Learn behind-the-scenes insights into developing and managing a successful club team.
Pick John Dunning's Brain
5-time NCAA champion coach John Dunning will be joining us for the lunch break to answer your questions live. He knows how to talk club, too!
Clinic Handbook
You'll get access to a printable handbook full of tips and drills from the clinicians that you can take notes in throughout the clinic.
Continuing Education Credit
You'll receive a certificate showing hours spent watching the clinic that can be used for continuing education credit.
These coaches are just like you. They've coached at your level. They've worked through the same player struggles and team issues as you. They've learned how to bring out greatness in their players, and they want to share that knowledge with you. Come learn from them – we guarantee you're going to take away new ideas and walk away a better coach than you were before the clinic!

Will I have to stay at my computer the whole day?
Not if you don’t want to! You have the option to come and go as you please. You can choose the sessions that most interest you and take a break whenever you need, or participate from start to finish. You can even close your computer and exit the clinic, then rejoin at a later time. Whatever works best for you.
Will there be breaks?
Absolutely! There will be breaks for bathroom trips, snacks and moving around between sessions, along with a 30-minute break for lunch.
How do I watch the bonus sessions?
The bonus sessions will be available to watch online after the clinic ends. It usually only takes a few days for all of the videos to be posted, and we'll send an email out to let you know when they're ready. They'll be added directly into your account and you can access them by going to Clinic Video from your account dashboard.
What level of coach is the clinic meant for?
The clinic and topics were designed for coaches of 12-15U club teams, but the principles, drills and strategies that will be demonstrated would be useful to any coach in the club setting.
What if I'm new to coaching?
Awesome! This clinic is a great way to kick off your coaching journey. You’ll walk away with dozens of useful ideas, drills and strategies you can implement with you team, along with a network of fellow coaches you can tap into in the future.
What if I’ve been coaching for decades?
Fantastic! This is a great opportunity for you to refresh your coaching methods and pick up some new ideas from successful coaches at your level.
When will the clinicians address questions?
John Dunning will be doing a Q&A during the 30-minute lunch break. Then after the clinic ends, the clinicians will be hosting a 45-minute session to answer the rest of your questions about the clinic and beyond.
Can I participate if I’m not in the U.S.?
Definitely! Coaches all over the world have different methods of coaching and teaching, and this is a great format to learn new ideas. You just need to be able to be on your computer between 8:00am and 3:15pm Pacific Standard Time (UTC−08:00) on January 30, 2022.
What technology do I need in order to participate?
All you need is a device that can connect to Zoom (computer, tablet, etc.). The best experience will be provided by a large screen so you can see everything happening on the court. You can join from your smartphone, but the screen might not be big enough to give you a good view.
Is there a discount for groups?
There aren’t any group discounts available at this time, but AOC Premium members save 10% on tickets. If you have a special situation where you’d like to purchase tickets for 10 or more coaches, please email us at volleyball@theartofcoaching.com.
