Matt Mosebar is a highly-respected sports performance coach with a lifelong devotion to fitness. During his school years, he was a talented multi-sport athlete who received All-State and All-American honors in football, basketball and volleyball as well as a scholarship to play Bruins football. He holds an Exercise Science degree from UCLA and is an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer with additional certifications as a Kettlebell and USA Volleyball Impact Coach.

Q: How long will it take me to get through the course?  

We know your time is precious. So we designed this certification to be easily consumed a little at a time or all at once. The program is self-paced, so you work on it when it’s convenient for you. Short on time? No problem. Just watch one or two videos as your schedule allows. Got a bit more time to spare? Go ahead and tackle the entire program in one sitting. Watch time is just over 4 hours, plus a few more minutes to take the quizzes required to earn your certification. Important note: To receive your certification, you must complete the certification within six months of enrollment. 

Q: Do I have lifetime access to the content?  

Yes! Once you enroll, you’ll be able to view the certification as many times as you want. You’ll also have access to all future updates and any bonus materials we may add later. Just remember that you must complete the certification within six months from your date of enrollment. You’ll still have access to the content if you miss the deadline, but you won’t be able to receive the certification.  

Q: Where can I use my certification? 

Once you complete the certification, you’ll receive a digital badge to display your newly earned credentials. Feel free to use this on your website, social media pages, email signature and other marketing channels. You’ll also get a digital certificate to print, frame and display in your gym, home or office.  

Q: Will I be able to view the videos in any order? 

With the Sports Performance Certification, each lesson builds on the previous one. The first time you go through it, you’ll need to watch the videos and take the quizzes in order. After you finish the certification, you’ll be able to go back and view any video at any time. 

Q: What happens if I fail a quiz?

Don’t worry if you don’t do well on a quiz; it won’t go on your permanent record. Just retake it as many times as you need to. The quizzes are designed to test your knowledge, not prevent you from earning your certification.
