A 503 Error Message will appear if you are trying to access your account from too many devices. This can happen if you use a lot of different devices (phone, tablet, laptop, PC, etc.), or if you share your account login details with other coaches. You will need to email Support at info@theartofcoachingvolleyball.com in order to have your account restriction removed. Please remember to keep your password to yourself, and to log in on no more than 3 devices at one time!
Deleting your account is different than canceling your account. To delete your account, send Support an email at info@theartofcoachingvolleyball.com. Remember, this cannot be undone! All settings and purchases associated with your account (playlists, courses, etc.), will be lost once your account has been deleted.
Premium Membership Questions
To see what membership level you are, go to your My Account page. On the left-hand menu, click on the “My Account” dropdown. In the menu that appears, click on “My Subscription.”

To upgrade your membership to Premium, simply purchase one of the Premium membership options here.
If you purchase a Premium membership through the website and pay online by credit card, it will automatically renew at the end of your subscription period. If you purchase a Premium membership at a clinic or event, your membership is a one-time purchase and will not automatically renew.
To see when your Premium membership will expire, go to your My Account page. On the left-hand menu, click on the “My Account” dropdown. In the menu that appears, click on “My Subscription.” If you purchased a Premium membership before November 2015 or there are no details about your membership on that page, please send us an email request at info@theartofcoachingvolleyball.com, and we will look up your expiration date for you.
To upgrade your membership level, you first want to cancel your current Premium membership: Membership Cancellation. Then, simply purchase the new Premium membership here. You can also send an email to Support at info@theartofcoachingvolleyball.com if you would like assistance in switching memberships.

To cancel your Premium membership, please visit the "My Subscription" page on your Dashboard click on "Cancel Subscription". You will receive a confirmation email once you've canceled your Premium membership. Please note, you will continue to have access to Premium videos and resources through the end of your term (monthly or annual). Once your current term ends, your account will revert back to a free AOC Volleyball subscription and you will no longer have access to Premium videos or resources, including any playlists you may have created as a Premium member.
Group Membership Questions
Click here to view group membership purchase details. Look at the box titled “Premium Group” and use the dropdown to adjust the group size you would like to see pricing options.
Please send an email to info@theartofcoachingvolleyball.com, and we will help get your group membership set up correctly. Please have your receipt handy for confirmation.
The details for your group can be found on your My Account page. Once there, you will see a link called “My Group.” On the “My Group” page, you will see a link that you can copy and share with your coaches in order for them to set up their profiles under your group account. The link will look something like this: https://www.theartofcoachingvolleyball.com/group-details/group-signup/?group=MTAwMTk&type=ZnJlZQ==
The details for your group can be found on your My Account page. Once there, you will see a link called “My Group.” Click on the name of your group, and you will be able to see all of the details about when coaches have last logged in and their number of logins.
Payment & Order Questions
We accept all major credit cards online. If you choose to mail in payment, you can pay via cash, check, or purchase order. Please make checks out to "The Art of Coaching Volleyball, LLC" and mail to 1515 SW 5th Ave, Suite 1032, Portland, OR 97201. If you need an invoice in order to process a purchase order, please fill out our Invoice Request Form.
Your credit card and billing details can be updated on your My Account page. On the left-hand menu, click on the “My Account” dropdown. In the menu that appears, click on “My Subscription.”
To see a history of your past purchases, go to your My Account page and click on the “My Profile” link.
Shipping Questions
To see a history of your purchases, go to your My Account page and click on the “My Profile” link. There you will see a list of your Recent Orders. If the order you just placed does not show up in the list, it did not process correctly and you should try your order again.
Shipping times will vary depending on item ordered, recipient location, and the day of the week you place the order. Typically, orders placed on a Friday after 12pm PT will not be shipped out until the following Monday. Most orders within the US will arrive in 3-5 business days.
If you are trying to ship a product to a country outside of the US, the shipping calculator on the site automatically calculates the cost based on USPS Priority Mail shipping, which is the only shipping option available. In some cases, products are shipped from more than one manufacturer, so the shipping fee may include a combination of two or more shipments from different locations.
Playlist Questions
To access your playlists, click on the blue “My Playlists” button at the top of the website. You can also access them from your My Account page.
There are a couple of ways that you can create a playlist. You can go to the My Playlist page by clicking the grey “My Playlist” button in the site menu, and then click on the “Add Playlist” button on the top left of the page. Then just enter a title for your playlist and Save.
You can also create a new playlist when saving a video. When you’re on a video page that you would like to save to a playlist, click the blue “Add to Playlist” button on the right side of the page above the video title. In the box that pops up, you’ll see an “Add Playlist” section on the right side. Type in the name of the playlist you would like to create, and click “Create New List.” This will add the new playlist to the top of your list of all playlists. Simply select the button beside the title of the playlist and click “Add” at the bottom of the box. Now you’ve created a new playlist and added the video to it!
When you’re on a video page that you would like to save to a playlist, click the blue “Add to Playlist” button on the right side of the page above the video title. In the box that pops up, select the button beside the title of the playlist that you would like to add the video to, and click “Add” at the bottom of the box.
Go to the My Playlist page by clicking the grey “My Playlist” button in the site menu. Scroll down to find the playlist you would like to share, and then click on the “Share Playlist” button on the right side of the page across from the playlist title. A box will pop up that contains a sharing link. Simply copy and paste this link into an email/text/etc. and send it to all coaches that you would like to share with. Once they’ve opened the link, they will be able to share the playlist to their own account (they should make sure to be logged in when opening the link).
Go to the My Playlist page by clicking the grey “My Playlist” button in the site menu. Scroll down to find the playlist you would like to delete, and then click on the “Delete Playlist” button. Then confirm your action in the box that pops up in order to remove it from your account. Careful, you can’t undo this action!

Clinic Questions
Clinic dates and locations have not yet been finalized for the 2017 clinic season. Please check back and keep an eye on your email closer to fall (October/November) for an announcement about next year’s clinics. Once the details have been announced, information about the clinics will be available here.
In order to get access to the clinic video, please follow the instructions on Page 1 of the handbook that you received during the clinic. These instructions will tell you how to set up your account correctly so that you can access the video. Once you’ve done that, follow the instructions below depending on what clinic you attended:
- Chicago – Hover over “Clinics” in the main site menu, click on “2016 Chicago Clinic” or click here
- Phoenix – Hover over “Clinics” in the main site menu, click on “2016 Phoenix Clinic” or click here
- Atlanta, Columbus, Fort Worth – These videos are still being cut up and edited, and are expected to be completed in the next couple of weeks. Until then, you can re-watch a live stream of the clinic on your My Account page.
No problem, please send us an email at info@theartofcoachingvolleyball.com with details about which clinic you purchased a Premium membership at, and we’ll set it up for you after verifying your purchase. If you have a receipt handy, that would be helpful!
